How does build your own quote work?

You must be a registered user so your school information appears on your quote. After registering for an account visit My Account > Addresses to complete billing and shipping information. 

Get started by adding items to your cart, when finished go to your cart and click the Download PDF Quote button. You can also send your PDF to an email address. Quotes expire 30 days from the date on your quote. For additional information email us at quotes@raptortech.com.

How do I request a renewal notice?

To request a renewal notice or pay your renewal with a credit card, email: renew@raptortech.com.

Where do I send my purchase order?

Submit purchase orders to: orders@raptortech.com or fax to 713-880-2577

How do I get my invoice?

For invoice inquiries, e-mail the accounting department at: accounting@raptortech.com.

What is the return policy?

All returned equipment or supplies are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

How much sales tax will I have to pay on my order?

Raptor Technologies, LLC does not collect sales tax for online orders. Please be aware that use tax may apply and you may be required to remit use tax on this purchase based on your state's tax rules.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

All orders are shipped via UPS ground. Additional charges apply for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States. Call for a quote on shipping costs to your area.

Is there a warranty on my purchase?

Raptor Technologies, LLC provides a one (1) year limited warranty on all badges. Warranty on equipment varies depending on the manufacturer's warranty.
